We aim to ensure that EARS services are accessible to all its users, by:

  • Ensuring that all EARS offices, sites and venues used are accessible to those users who need that access.
  • Providing an ‘outreach’ approach to advocacy, which means that advocates do not expect advocacy partners/service users to come to them, advocates will visit at home or at another venue of the advocacy partner’s choice.
  • Providing accessible information and documents for e.g. ‘Easy Read’
  • Providing interpreters where and when required.
